What should I do if the product I receive is incorrect, damaged, or missing components?

Please examine your order immediately upon receipt. If your product does not arrive as ordered, please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt to make sure we can get you the correct item.

If you receive a damaged product, please use the "Contact Us" button in the Service Widget to process your return. 

Note that this only applies to products ordered directly from Heckler Design. For orders from resellers or distributors, please contact them for replacement. For more information on returns, please visit our Return section for more information.
