Why does my order status say "Awaiting Payment"?

It's possible that you selected "Bill Me" as a payment option at checkout. This is used for large orders of high quantity to reserve stock, and further action is required to remit payment. Contact [email protected] to arrange this.

 

If this was done in error, you can simply place another order paying with your preferred payment method. No funds are processed when "Bill Me" is chosen, so you don't need to worry about getting a refund, but let us know that you will not need that order so we can cancel it on your account.
